AMRITA SINGH

Amrita Singh is an Advocate with a multidisciplinary background, holding a Master's degree in Sociology and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), with extensive experience in the field of law, mediation, and workplace compliance.

Over the years, she has handled matters involving various Government Ministries and Departments and is serving as a Panel Advocate for the Union of India. She has also been empanelled with the Punjab and Haryana High Court, gaining valuable exposure to diverse legal issues and institutional frameworks.

In addition to her legal practice, she is a trained Mediator and a POSH Consultant, actively working towards promoting safe and respectful workplaces. She has been associated as a Resource Person for imparting POSH training on behalf of the State Legal Services Authority, conducting awareness sessions for varied audiences.

Her approach combines legal expertise with a practical and sociological perspective, enabling her to address workplace concerns with sensitivity, clarity, and effective solutions.
